Why We're Different

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. Are you tired of that nagging ache or pain that is limiting how you move?

  2. Are you frustrated that you have been told that all you need to do is rest. Or, even worse, that since it hurts that you should just stop doing what you love?

  3. Do you want to be more active but feel like you’re limited by injury or mobility?

We are just as tired and frustrated as you are! That’s the District Performance & Physio difference. District Performance & Physio was founded on the idea that the answer to an injury shouldn’t be “just rest it.” And it should never be “you can’t go back to doing that anymore.” The true answer is to find out WHY the injury happened in the first place, and get you back to what you were doing—even better than before.

We believe in challenging your expectations of physical therapy to give you an experience and outcome that is better than you imagine. That means we will defy what you think of physical therapy and how it can improve your life.  Your experience with us will be different from what you expect from a typical health care visit. You and your therapist will work as a team to reach your goals and redefine your perceived limits. Whether you were injured yesterday or have been in consistent pain for years, District Performance & Physio determines the source of your distress, helps it heal, and prevents it from happening again.

If you are a CrossFit athlete, we’ll get you back in the gym and setting a new PR.  If you are a runner, we’ll get you on the road, faster than before. If your goal is to start being more active, we’ll guide you there and KEEP you active.

Adult Athlete

Who has a day job, but also wants to stay competitive for your next event or race without being slowed down by nagging injuries?

Crossfit Athlete

Who loves the community and workouts and wants to stay as healthy as possible while also hitting that next PR? You need someone that understands what CrossFit is and don’t want to be told to stop lifting.

Recreational Runner

Who runs for fun and want to continue running without the fear of having to slow down or stop as you get older? Maybe you’ve been told that you shouldn’t run because of your “bad knees” or “bad back”.

Active Gym Member

Who wants to stay fit and active in the gym, pilates studio or yoga studio? You might use exercise as your stress reliever and need to stay as active as possible.

Sensible Man or Woman

Who understands that you shouldn’t have to be limited in what you like to do and that pain doesn’t have to be a part of your everyday life?
