Are you having trouble turning your head without pain?
Are you having trouble sleeping because of your neck or are you waking up with neck pain?
You don’t have to live like this! All of these are very common problems and it’s easy to think it’s “normal” or you just have to live like this. We’re here to tell you - it’s NOT.
We’ve treated countless people with these exact problems and they were shocked to see how much improvement could be made. Even when they had the problem for years, were told by another healthcare practitioner that this was as good as it gets, or even told that surgery was the only option, they were able to get back to their pain free life that they had been missing. If you are tempted to think that it just needs more time or this is as good as it gets, that is a story we hear ALL of the time and it’s just not true.
If you’re tired of being slowed down by a nagging ache or sharp pain in your neck or head, then let’s talk.
We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation with one of our physical therapy experts for us to talk about your specific situation and so that you can ask us any questions you like. There is no obligation to book an appointment after the call— that is your decision. Our goal is to help you figure out your best next step in solving this problem.
Our individual neck pain plans always start with a thorough Neck Pain Assessment to find the root cause of the problem. We often hear from our neck pain clients that this is the most thorough session they have ever had. Included in your Neck Pain Assessment is:
Thorough history taking
Range of Motion Testing
Full Testing of Shoulder, Mid Back to determine other joint involvement
First treatment session individualized to your goals and findings of above
Once we complete our assessment we are able to give you a fully detailed plan of why your pain is there and what we are going to do about it. Treatment often includes hands on manual therapy, exercise, education and many other advanced techniques our therapists use to get you out of pain. You will leave that first visit fully understanding why your pain is there and what the plan is to get it better.
Now is the time to stop thinking it won't get better or that you can just live with that nagging neck pain!
