Why Level Up?
Too many people start the year with big health goals, but:

-
If you’re in pain, you end up guessing at your own diagnosis or trying random exercises — and getting frustrated when nothing works.

-
If you’re already active, you push through small aches and hope they don’t become bigger setbacks.
Either way, progress stalls. Motivation fades. And you end up starting over.

What Leveling Up Looks Like
Scott’s Story
Tyler’s Story
Scott wanted accountability and consistency. He came in monthly and used extra sessions to get ahead of small flare-ups. The result? He PR’d his 10K, golfed in Scotland pain-free, and never lost momentum.
Tyler started with us with knee pain and was "graduated" from her previous physical therapist without being able to walk 5 blocks without pain.
First, we helped her get out of pain. Then, we helped her level up last year.
Here she is running the Rock and Roll DC Half Marathon after she was told at one point she would never run again. We're SO proud of her!

Where Could You Be at the End of 2026?
One Version Looks Like:
-
Guessing at workouts or recovery
-
Nagging pain turns into missed training
-
Inconsistent progress, starting over again
Another Version Could Be
-
Training, traveling, or just living without setbacks
-
Feeling confident in your body
-
Making real progress throughout the year
